The Scholarship
With so much of Matrix' work happening in London, we want to ensure that we not only serve our clients but also the local community. As such, Matrix has created the London Connection scholarship to offer students from London £3,000 to support the completion of their final year of undergraduate study. As the economic hub of the UK, London needs all of the highly-skilled talent it can get, and Matrix is proud to play a small role in ensuring that these needs are filled!
Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants must be entering the final year of an undergraduate degree relevant to Matrix:
- Accounting
- Business Management
- Computing / IT
- Economics
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Other business related courses
- Applicants must be from one of the 32 London boroughs
- Applicants must be studying full-time
- Applicants must be eligible for UK domestic fees
- Applicants must meet at least two of the following criteria:
- Parents' profession fall into a social mobility category
- Were eligible for free school meals at secondary school
- Went to a state-funded secondary school
- Are a first-generation university learner
- Open applications: 15th April 2024
- Close Applications: 14th June 2024
- Scholars announced: August 2024
Due to some of Matrix' current projects, we also strongly encourage students from care experienced backgrounds to apply for the London Connection Scholarship.
